have started to use some of the skills for my warm-ups; the players
really enjoy doing some of the work I give them. In one of the training
sessions I gave them the sprint set from 6 yard to the Full Field, one
of the players could not make it on the day. When they were at school
they were talking of what they did in training and when he came to train
the next day he said could I do the session so I would know how fit I
am. The Isolation training, I really enjoy it, what I am trying to do
is learn how to perfect it myself so I would be able to show how it is
done. I think it so good because it helps you move parts of your body
you usually do not move.

Fitness & Conditioning course is superb, while it is very technically
orientated, it is also so easy to understand and implement, especially
with the video and 3D graphics. I am really learning a lot of new ideas

I have
just finished reading the first two modules of the ICA Fitness and
Conditioning for Soccer Course, and they are brilliant. I want to tell
you how much I appreciated your clearly written course material. The
videos for the warm-up exercises was a very good thought, and that gave
me the opportunity to replay them over and over, so that I can repeat
them to the players that I am coaching.
While much has been written on this topic, your ICA Fitness and
Conditioning for Soccer Course is second to none. I am not certain when
I will get to the exam stage, because just reading the modules over and
over again is extremely beneficial to me, there is so much to learn
about this aspect of the game. I have already benefited from this
course. You pointed out several things that I will remember for years to
come. I look forward to reading the other modules in the course. Thank

coordinator for soccer programs in the province of Saskatchewan and as a
coach for the U16 Provincial All-Star Team training for National
Championships in Canada this year, I have found that the information,
layout and graphics of the fitness and conditioning course to be easier
to read, understand and apply than other information platforms that I
have used in the past.
The
exam serves as identifying a good foundation for a coaches’ level of
knowledge and the lifetime access to the program ensures that all
coaches can use the program wherever they are and with the security of

Currently I
am the Head Coach for the Women’s’ Soccer program at the Community
College of Baltimore County Essex Campus. We are in the middle of our spring training
sessions. So far this spring I have incorporated aspects of your
Flexibility Training, Isolation Training, and Body Weight Training into
our sessions. Prior to utilizing these techniques with my athletes, I
have a go at them myself. Both I and my players have found these
sessions to be challenging. Of course, it is too early to measure
results, but one immediate observation is that my players are working
hard to master the skills required to complete these exercises and mixed
in with the sweat I am seeing a lot of smiles at their accomplishments.
To date my biggest problem is checking my own enthusiasm. I am extremely
pleased with this program and would highly recommend it to athletes and
coaches alike.

Excellent comprehensive content to enhance soccer fitness training. Many
other courses show fairly generic fitness regimes - this specifically
focuses on SOCCER ! The sessions are innovative, fun and they do produce
results. Essential for the modern day soccer coach.

I am finding the ICA fitness and Conditioning for Soccer Course very
interesting reading. Already I am starting to plan next years
pre-season programme and with our fitness coach and will be using some
of the ideas within the modules that I have read already. The
diagrams/video and text in the modules is well laid out and easy to
understand which makes it easy and interesting reading, and I would
recommend any coach who is looking to plan their fitness programme for
their football team to give this course a serious look.
